The work of creating concept plans, final designs, and construction documents for the Mantua Greenway got underway in Fall 2015. This collaborative process involves numerous partners, including local leadership and guidance from the Friends of the Mantua Greenway. WRA‘s team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects, are currently developing preliminary and final design plans! Design Presentation & Celebration: Over 50 residents and community members attended the April 26, 2016, Mantua Greenway Design Presentation & Celebration! Attendees learned about the community-informed Greenway Design Concepts and shared their questions and ideas. Community Build Day: Community members joined together on April 16, 2016, at 37th Street and Mantua Avenue to create beautiful murals on the street and fence at the intersection of 37th and Mantua Avenue! Click HERE for more photos of the transformed intersection!
